Path A: Connect Your Tenant
Connect your Microsoft 365 tenant
Go to M365 Tenants and click "Register Tenant." You'll be redirected to Microsoft to grant read-only access. A Global Admin approves once, and you're connected.
We pull your data automatically
License data syncs right away and refreshes every 24 hours. We also pull Copilot usage data and registered app information. You'll see all your licenses, costs, users, and Microsoft Secure Score on a live dashboard.
Run a report with one click
Hit "Run Report" from the tenant dashboard. We generate a CSV from your live data, create a project, and run the AI analysis automatically — no manual export needed.
Download your reports
Same professional Word and Excel reports as the CSV path. Executive summary, savings breakdown, security findings, and a prioritized action plan — all ready to share.
What does "read-only access" mean?
We can only view license and user data — we can never change, delete, or modify anything in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Your data stays safe.
MSP? Use invite-based onboarding
Don't have your client's admin credentials? No problem. Generate an invite link and send it to your client's Global Admin. They click the link, approve read-only access, and the tenant appears in your dashboard automatically — no credential sharing required.
